1. Candidate must possess at least Diploma (D3) or higher degree from reputable university
2. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and internet tools and research
3. Proficiency with social media (LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Google+)
4. Energy and desire to make numerous (30+) phone calls daily
5. Ability and aptitude to perform high-level demonstrations.
6. ‘Hunter’ mentality in seeking out new business
7. Ability to build strong personal relationships with prospects, customers, and partners
8. Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in person, through email and via telephone

Job Descriptions

1. Generate new business opportunities among eCommerce retailers to fuel the sales pipeline
2. Identify, qualify and cultivate new sales leads through online research, subscribed databases, publicly available sources such as LinkedIn, events, referrals, in-bound leads, cold-calls and follow-up calls.
3. Schedule and conduct online webinars for prospects in a clear and compelling way with a high level of passion for our solutions.
4. Achieve monthly targets such as number of eCommerce businesses identified, leads generated, qualified opportunities per campaign, number of daily activities/ tasks, call quality, appointment setting, and sales skills.
5. Acquire research and further contact information where needed to develop a profile of companies for sell-in opportunities.
6. Support the company’s marketing efforts by following up on any inbound leads and inquiries on a timely basis and attend events as required.
7. Work with the marketing team to help develop email and other marketing campaigns.
8. Ability to work effectively in CRM, report progress, and provide insight on lead movement
9. Communicate regularly with colleagues, management, and potential prospects.
